Palace Theaters : Cheapest tickets. It's even cheaper on Tuesdays. Seats are not the most comfortable but you can't beat the price. Moreover, it's right downtown.

Famous Players Silvercity: Little far from the University. However, a decent place for dinner and movie. There are few places where you can grab a bite to eat.

Cineplex Odeon: Newest hall with good seating and right inside Windsor's ONLY main mall i.e. Devonshire Mall.

Try your luck at Casino Windsor. If you go there try out the Marketplace Buffett. It costs around $25 but you get to try all kinds of food.

Windsor is known for its bars...atleast for the number of bars. Lot's of American kids who can't drink in the U.S come down to Windsor. There is a whole strip of bars right downtown. It's good place to bar hop. Keep in mind Windsor Police is always watching...so stay out of trouble.

If you like Italian food don't forget to pay a little visit to Little Italy. It's located on Erie Street between Howard Ave and Parent Road. My favorite is Tuttos.
